Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for orders with a value higher than 200 lei. For orders with a value of less than 200 lei, a delivery fee of 20 lei is charged.

The delivery is made on the entire territory of Romania, regardless of the chosen payment method.

- Most products are in stock, appear available and are delivered to the customer on the next working day from the moment of order validation; 

- The products that are in our central warehouse are available and will be delivered within the term mentioned in Delivery (2 working days);

- After confirming the order from the online store, you will be contacted by one of our operators who will validate the order and establish with you the details related to delivery;

- If there are visible damages of the package at the time of delivery by courier, please refuse to accept the package. 

Delivery schedule:

– Delivery of orders placed on the site until 17:00 is made the next working day;

* In conditions of force majeure that prevent delivery, situations that do not depend directly on One Tool SRL, you will be contacted by one of our operators to confirm the delivery day. 

- In case of orders placed on Friday after 17:00 and on weekends, delivery will be made on the second working day of the following week;

- Delivery is possible on Saturdays. The customer has the obligation to mention this in the comments from the order confirmation step and by phone to the operator who validates the order.

Receiving the package

Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the presence of the fiscal invoice.

- The products are packed in special cardboard boxes, sealed and secured during transport until delivery;

- The mentions regarding the eventual problems regarding the integrity and the content of some packages can be made at the moment of delivery on AWB or a report is drawn up together with the courier agent. In severe cases, the receipt and payment of the package can be completely refused.
